Faitout

English translation for information: the French version is the one in force.

Terms of sale

Version of 10 October 2026 — Faitout app, published by Aplomb. These terms supplement the terms of use. In the version you are using, the trial and the subscription exist in the app but no store is connected: no payment is requested or possible; the amounts shown are provisional.

This is an English translation provided for information. The French version is the one in force; if the two differ, the French version prevails. [TO BE COMPLETED: review of this translation by a lawyer before the app is offered in English.]

1. Seller

Aplomb, [TO BE COMPLETED: legal form, SIREN number, registered office address, intra-community VAT number], contact@aplomb-apps.fr.

2. What is free, what is premium

Free, with no time limit: the weekly menu, profiles and time levels, replacing a meal, the shopping list with copying it and sending it by email, one saved steering preset, creating and editing recipes. The free version can show a single advertising banner, in the Recipes tab, and only if you accept it; without your agreement it shows none. Never in the week, the shopping list, the kitchen or the shop, never full-screen, and never during the first three launches.

Premium: no advertising, Lunchbox mode, unlimited presets, recipe import by the assistant (text, web address, photo), the household shared between devices, the advanced pantry (barcode, photo of the till receipt, use-by reminders — entering what you have, its dates, and pasting the text of a receipt remain free). Exports and click-and-collect: opening the list or an item on your retailer's click-and-collect website (copying, sending and sharing the list remain free). The exact list of premium functions is shown in the app at the time of subscribing; it cannot be reduced during a subscription without your agreement.

Functions related to allergens and diets are never reserved for the paid offer.

3. Price and duration

Monthly subscription: [TO BE COMPLETED: price including VAT — the app shows €2.99 provisionally]. Yearly subscription: [TO BE COMPLETED: price including VAT — the app shows €24.90 provisionally]. Prices are shown including all taxes in the currency of your app store and may vary by country.

Free fourteen-day trial, once only, started by you from the Premium screen and with no payment method: at the end of the trial, the app returns to the free version by itself. Nothing starts until you have chosen an offer.

4. Subscribing and payment

You subscribe in the app, through your device's app store (Apple's App Store or Google Play). Payment, invoicing, renewal and cancellation are handled by that store under its own terms. Aplomb neither receives nor keeps your payment data.

5. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically at each due date, at the price in force shown when you subscribed or notified before any change. You can cancel it at any time, in one gesture, from the app's settings (which take you to your store's subscription management). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep the premium functions until then. No insistent reminders, no retention screen: one gesture is enough.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied immediately, you may waive the fourteen-day right of withdrawal by accepting immediate performance when subscribing. The free trial lets you try before any payment. Refund requests after payment are handled by the app store under its rules; we help you make them.

7. Price changes

Any price increase is notified to you at least thirty days before it applies, with the option to cancel beforehand. If you do not cancel, the new price applies at the next renewal, in accordance with the app store's rules.

8. End of service

Should Aplomb stop operating the app, you would be informed at least three months in advance, with the option to export all your data. Subscriptions in progress would be refunded pro rata for the unused period.

9. Legal guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects provided by the French Consumer Code and Civil Code, which these terms cannot restrict.

10. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, you may refer the matter to the consumer mediator: [TO BE COMPLETED: contact details of the chosen mediator]. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
